Accessibility statement

We want people to be able to request a private prescription quote without facing avoidable barriers.

These pages are written for a UK private prescription delivery service. They are not legal advice. Complete the company, ICO, and contact details in the legal settings and have a healthcare solicitor and Data Protection Officer sign them off before go-live.

1. Our commitment

SW Rx aims to meet the spirit of the Equality Act 2010 and to work towards WCAG 2.2 Level AA for public pages. This is a private service, not a public-sector body, but we still treat accessibility as a core requirement.

2. What you should be able to do

Change text size in the browser without losing content.
Use a keyboard to move through forms and links.
Use a screen reader on the main public pages.
See text that has enough contrast against the background.

3. Known limits

Prescription upload depends on a file your device can produce. Some third-party payment screens are controlled by Stripe. Staff consoles are designed for trained users and may be less polished than the public site. We will keep improving these areas.

4. Get help

If you cannot use the website, contact us via Contact and we will try to take your request another way during pharmacy opening hours. Tell us which assistive technology you use if that helps us reproduce the problem.
