SW Rx is a dispensing and delivery service. We do not diagnose, prescribe, or offer a remote consultation that results in a new prescription. Treatment decisions sit with the clinician who issued your private prescription.

A GPhC-registered pharmacist checks that the prescription looks valid, legally supplyable, and clinically appropriate to dispense. They may refuse supply, ask for clarification, or contact the prescriber. That is a professional duty, not a new diagnosis.

If you have severe symptoms, chest pain, trouble breathing, a suspected overdose, or any other emergency, call 999 or go to A&E. For urgent but non-emergency medical advice in England, call 111. Do not use this website for emergencies.

Read the patient information leaflet supplied with your medicine. If you think you are having a side effect, speak to a pharmacist, your prescriber, or NHS 111. You can also report suspected side effects via the MHRA Yellow Card scheme at yellowcard.mhra.gov.uk.

Some medicines cannot be supplied through this service, or need extra checks. Anything that appears to be a controlled drug is reviewed manually. We may refuse items that are incomplete, unsafe, unlawful, or outside our delivery capability.
