Delivery policy

We deliver private prescriptions to SW1–SW20 only, by tracked courier in discreet packaging.

Last updated 15 August 2026

These pages are written for a UK private prescription delivery service. They are not legal advice. Complete the company, ICO, and contact details in the legal settings and have a healthcare solicitor and Data Protection Officer sign them off before go-live.

1. Where we deliver

Delivery is limited to postcodes SW1–SW20. We check your postcode before you can submit a quote. If you are outside that area you can join the waitlist. We do not currently ship elsewhere in the UK or abroad.

2. When it goes out

After a pharmacist has approved the prescription and payment has cleared, we prepare the order and hand it to a tracked courier. The estimate we give is not a guaranteed arrival time. Weekends, bank holidays, and incomplete documents can add time.

3. Packaging and privacy

Parcels are packed so the contents are not obvious from the outside. The label will show your name and address. We do not print medicine names on the outer packaging.

4. Someone must be able to receive it

Medicines should not be left in an unsecured place. If you will be out, tell us a safe authorised recipient at the same address. If the courier cannot complete delivery they will usually leave a card or send a message. Uncollected parcels may be returned to the pharmacy. We will contact you before destroying or disposing of returned medicines.

5. Temperature and special items

If an item needs cold-chain or other special handling, the pharmacist will say so on the quote. If we cannot deliver it safely to your address we will not accept that part of the order.

6. Problems

Damaged, missing, or delayed parcels should be reported via Contact as soon as you can. Refund and return rules are in Cancellations, returns & refunds.
