A prescription issued outside the NHS — by a private GP, specialist, or online clinician — that you're paying for yourself. We don't dispense NHS prescriptions.

Your name, email, phone, an SW London address, and either a photo/PDF of the prescription or a Signature Rx / Clynex code.

Yes. Create one when you submit a quote, or at any time under Sign in. Your account holds prescriptions on file, shows order status, and lets you request the next supply on multi-month scripts.

If your prescription covers later supplies, the pharmacy team records that when they review it. You can then request later supplies from My account.

Every prescription is reviewed by the pharmacy team, who send a quote. There is no automatic fixed price from a medicines list.

Not through automatic pricing. Anything that looks like a controlled drug goes to a pharmacist for manual review.

Yes. Every order is checked by a GPhC-registered pharmacist against the original document before dispensing.

JPG, PNG, WEBP, or PDF, up to 8MB. A clear, well-lit photo of the whole prescription works best.

No. We only dispense against a private prescription you already have from a UK-registered clinician. See the clinical disclaimer.

You can cancel a quote before we dispense. Once medicines are dispensed they usually cannot be returned for a change of mind — they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off right. If we made a mistake, contact us immediately.
